Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Vibrana app (the “app”) processes and how we respect your privacy. The data controller is Claudiu Simion (“we”), who can be reached at the address below.

1. What data we process

• Messages from the “Personalized program” dialogue (the AI feature). When you type in the dialogue, your text is sent, over a secure connection, to our intermediary server and then to the artificial-intelligence provider, solely to generate the response. We do not store these messages on our servers.
• Data kept only on your device. Saved conversations, 7-day programs, preferences (e.g. audio with/without bass) and your acceptance of the disclaimers are kept locally, on your phone. They are not uploaded to us.
• Local notifications. Program reminders are created and scheduled locally on the device; they do not involve sending any data to us.
• Audio playback (frequencies, mantras) happens locally and collects no data.

2. What we do NOT do

• We do not ask for an account, name, email, phone number or location.
• We do not show ads and do not use advertising tracking tools.
• We do not sell or rent data to anyone.

3. Third-party providers

For the AI dialogue feature we use:

• Cloudflare — the infrastructure of the intermediary server the request passes through (without storing the content).
• Anthropic — the provider of the artificial-intelligence model that generates the response. Messages may be temporarily retained by the provider for security and compliance purposes, in accordance with its policy, and are not used to train models. Please do not enter sensitive data or information that can identify you.
• Google Play (on Android) and the Apple App Store (on iOS) — distribution of the app and subscription management. Payments are processed by Google or Apple respectively; we do not receive your card details. Processing of that data is governed by the privacy policy of the respective store.

4. Basis and purpose of processing

We process the dialogue messages on the basis of your use of that feature (performance of the requested service), strictly to provide you with the response and the personalized program. Data stored locally remains under your control, on your device.

5. Retention and deletion

We do not keep your messages on our servers. Local data stays on your phone until you delete it: you can delete conversations/programs in the app, clear the app's data from your phone's settings, or uninstall the app.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding personal data. Since we do not store identifiable personal data on our servers, most of these rights are exercised directly from the app (deleting local data). For any request, you can contact us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing) or your local data protection authority.

7. Children

The app is not intended for children under 16. For minors, use should take place under the supervision of an adult.

8. Health

The app is for informational and wellness purposes and does not replace medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment. We do not provide diagnoses. For any condition, consult a doctor.

9. Security

Communication with the server is over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Even so, no system is 100% secure; please do not transmit sensitive information through the dialogue.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will always be available at this address, with the date of the last update shown at the top.

11. Website quiz & newsletter

Separately from the app described above, our website offers an optional quiz (“Which chakra needs your attention?”). If you choose to submit your email there, we store it — on our own server — to send you your result and occasional wellness emails, on the basis of your consent. We do not sell or share it. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by writing to us. If you don’t submit your email, you can still see your result.
