These terms govern the use of the Vibrana app (the “app”), provided by Claudiu Simion (“we”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the app offers

Vibrana provides wellness content based on Solfeggio frequencies and the seven chakras: audio tracks, mantras, mudras, affirmations, crystal and essential-oil recommendations, as well as a personalized program guided by an artificial-intelligence assistant. The content is informational and relaxation-oriented.

2. Medical and health disclaimer

• The app is not a medical device and has no diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.
• The audio frequencies and practices presented are not proven medical treatments and do not replace the consultation, diagnosis or treatment of a specialist.
• For any medical or psychological condition, consult a doctor. Do not stop or change a treatment based on information from the app.
• Do not listen to the sounds while driving, operating machinery or in any other situation that requires full attention. If you have epilepsy, a heart condition, wear a pacemaker, are pregnant or have other health issues, consult your doctor before use.

3. The AI assistant

The “Personalized program” feature uses an artificial-intelligence model to generate wellness suggestions. Responses are generated automatically, may contain errors and are indicative only. The assistant is a wellness guide, not a doctor. Please do not enter sensitive data or information that can identify you in the dialogue. 4. Free tier, Premium and subscriptions

• Part of the content is available for free. Premium features are unlocked through a subscription (monthly or annual), possibly with a free trial period.
• Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the app store you installed Vibrana from — Google Play (on Android) or the Apple App Store (on iOS). Payment is processed by Google or Apple respectively; we do not receive your card details.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, from your Google Play or Apple account.
• Cancellations, refunds and subscription management follow the policies of the respective store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
• Displayed prices may change; any change applies to future periods.

5. Permitted use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, decompile or exploit the content or features of the app for other purposes without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The app, the audio content, the texts, illustrations, trademarks and design elements are protected and remain the property of us or the respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including decisions made based on the wellness content or the AI assistant's suggestions. You are responsible for how you use the app.

8. Minimum age

The app is not intended for children under 16. For minors, use should take place under the supervision of an adult.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The current version will always be available at this address, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Romania. As a user, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the consumer protection authority (ANPC) or your local equivalent.
